Experience
Digital Communications Director, Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee
Washington, D.C., May 2021 – Present- Manage 4-person team and content creation for the DCCC’s 2M+ online audience.
- Conceptualized, pitched, and ran the DCCC’s first-ever in-house influencer program, including developing a roundtable featuring
mega-creators with a combined total reach of 45,000,000. Resulted in a dozen+ creator videos and 6.7M+ views. - Supervise the production of all video and graphic products for the DCCC’s social.
- Oversaw the launch of the DCCC's first-ever TikTok, generating 9M+ views.
- Conceptualized and launched three opposition microsites in coordination with the Research Team, including managing external web vendors.
- Oversaw the creation and distribution of 25+ digi toolkits to battleground campaigns.
- Developed, designed, and executed two dozen+ high-viz static, digital, and mobile billboard campaigns nationwide on key turnout issues.
- Developed first-of-its-kind in-house Spanish dashboard with the DCCC’s Senior Advisor for Latino Engagement to combat misinformation in Hispanic communities.
Digital Director, Commonwealth Communications
Washington, D.C., April 2020 – May 2021- Led 100% of the digital strategy; Hired and managed a digital team of eight.
- Provided tactical digital guidance to a dozen allied partners across battleground PA.
- Executed over $3M in GOTV ad buys in 2020, generating 85M+ impressions.
- Oversaw launch of PA's first-ever Progressive Voters Guide, generating 341k+ views.
- Oversaw launch of statewide c3 voter education site, VOTE.pa, which mobilized 230k Pennsylvania voters to apply for
mail-in ballots and register to vote in 2020. - Oversaw external paid media firms, creative agencies, and consultants.

Philadelphia, PA, January 2020 – April 2020- Managed digital team and 10+ volunteer coordinators.
- Oversaw in-state email & SMS programs in coordination with Data + Field Directors.
- Trained dozens of organizers and volunteers on digital best practices.
Digital Director, Committee on Ways & Means
Washington, D.C., January 2019 – December 2019- Managed committee’s social media accounts: facilitated double-digit growth in 2019.
- Drafted social toolkits for 25 W&M offices and Democratic Leadership.
- Designed all W&M external materials. Created new branding & style guides.
